Adelsheim Description
Immediately engaging, this wine offers lavish aromas of juicy pomegranate, freshly ground cardamom, licorice root, and spiced red apples. It has an open, generous mid-palate but is wrapped at the edges with refined, structural tannins that provide balance. There's a seamless quality to this wine I find very compelling.

Brilliant ruby. An expansive bouquet evokes ripe red fruit, candied flowers, black cardamom and musky earth, and a hint of vanilla emerges as the wine opens up. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering bitter cherry, raspberry and rhubarb flavors that deepen through the back half. Shows more sweetness on the clinging finish, which is given shape by smooth, even tannins. 10% whole clusters.
