Made of 100% Dolcetto from vineyards in Dogliani which are rich in calcaerous clay, the vines are about 20-years-old. Maceration on the skins in temperature controlled steel tanks for 4 days, then vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to keep this red fresh and juicy. Only 600 cases produced.
Offering a nose rich is red fruits and minerality, the palate in juicy and lifted. Silky tannins give way to a refreshing acidity, providing a wine of sheer and simple delight! Serve with simple meals, pizza, panini, or even with a slight chill in summer around the BBQ.
