Fjord Vineyards Description
Our Chardonnay went through partial malolactic fermentation to enhance the mid-palate and bolster the aromatic intensity of the wine. On the nose, you’ll discover notes of quince and apple. The palate shows balanced acidity, with flavors of crisp apple, ripe pear, and a hint of brioche, a result of five months of lees contact.
