Masseria Frattasi Description
Grown in the clay and limestone soils of the mountainous vineyards of Monte Taburno, this is a fragrant, dark Aglianico aged in French oak barrels. Deep ruby color, with explosive aromas of blackberries, blueberries, plums, earth and savory herbs. The full-bodied, concentrated palate showcases the power of Aglianico with firm, mouthcoating tannins balanced by vibrant acidity and notes of ripe black fruit flavors complemented by just the right amount of oak and a long, mouth-filling finish.
