La Rivolta - I Vigneti di Bruma Aglianico 2023
A nice way to get introduced to Aglianico. This is a medium-bodied red wine made that is aged in stainless steel. It has the classic intensity of Aglianico without being too heavy, and it features notes of old world earthiness and black cherries. Excellent with game meats, particularly wild boar, braised pork, pasta puntanesca or chicken cacciatore.
