This is an elegant and powerful red wine with classic bing cherry fruit coupled with truffle and brown spice notes over a long and complex finish.
Gevrey-Chambertin pairs with a wide range of cuisines, from basic roasts or grilled meats to rich seafood such as blackened tuna or seared salmon.

A lush, supple red, evoking black cherry, blackberry, violet, iron and spice flavors. A dense matrix of tannins lends structure, yet this also has a graceful component. Fresh, graphite-tinged aftertaste.
Vinous Media: 88-90 Points
The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Village has a composed bouquet of blackberry and raspberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with silky tannins, fine acidity and a pleasant, slightly tart finish. There is good length here and this should drink well over the next 5–7 years, possibly longer.
