COMBINE ingredients except prosecco in shaker tin
FILL with ice and shake
POUR into champagne flute over ice
TOP with prosecco
GARNISH with strawberry, mint and grapefruit slice

COMBINE all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice
SHAKE until cold

0.5 Parts Peach Schnapps
2 Dashes Aromatic Orange Bitters
