This is a new product of the 400 Conejos family, made with Cuishe and Espadín agave with a distillation in copper pots and fermented in a wooden vat.

Grinding: Chilean Tahona (Stone wheel driven by a horse)
Distillation: 1 distillation in copper pots
Color: transparent and clear
Scent: smoke, yeast, spices
Taste: Discreet and intense citrus and smoky notes with a light spicy touch.
Pairing: Ideal to be taken alone or you can accompany it with a green apple and artisanal salt.
