San Matias Description
Created to celebrate the 130th anniversary of Casa San Matias, using only the tahona method, and the original basalt stone used at the distillery more than 100 years ago. Fermented in pine wood vats.
Aroma: white flowers, freshly squeezed lemon, agave with a funky backbone
Palate: sweet cooked agave, bright minerality, orange blossom, pink peppercorn
Finish: smooth, sweet, and lasting
