Our distillery is in Moncalieri, just outside the city of Torino - an area famed for its production of wines and spirits. Established in 1906, Torino Distillati is run by the Vergnano family, Carlo, his wife Piera and their children Rita and Valter. Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni are our two distillers.
Italian Juniper, 5 botanicals cut with Italian Spring Water.
Carlo Vergano and Beppe Ronco, the distillers of MALFY Gin, are fervent Alpinists. On a climb up to the top of Monviso (visible from the distillery), they were inspired by the wild juniper, the pure spring water and the amazing colors of the mountain lakes. MALFY Gin Originale is distilled with Juniper, Coriander and five other botanicals. It is blended with pure spring water from the nearby Monviso mountain-the highest altitude source of any spring in Italy. The base of the bottle is inspired by the mountain lakes and the label colors reflect the snow capped peak.
