Berkshire Mountain Distillers' Corn Whiskey is handcrafted in small batches using local corn sourced from a farmer two miles from the distillery. It is aged over oak and cherry wood that is cut, milled and charred by hand on the farm.
Tasting Notes: Full-bodied with earthy overtones of grass and cherry fruitwood. Very complex with lingering notes of smoke and fig on the finish.
