Wolftrap is a blend of 80% Syrah, 19% Mourvèdre, and 1% Viognier. It wafts from the glass with rich and ripe dark fruits accented by bramble and spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with black raspberries and red plums intermixed with earth, olive tapenade, black pepper, vanilla, and cloves.
