A lightly sparkling, fresh, and fruity white wine from the Basque region of Spain. It's made from the Hondarrabi Zuri grape and known for its refreshing, citrusy notes and light effervescence. This has a pale yellow color with greenish glints, and aromas of pear, apple, grapefruit, and tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit. A nice white to enjoy with tapas, salted almonds, or fresh sardines.
Hiruzta Description
Intense aromas of white (pear and apple), citrus (grapefruit) and tropical (pineapple and passion fruit) fruit aromas, also swathed with white flower (orange blossom) scents, all enhanced by the subtle release of the natural carbonic gas. It is very balanced and fresh, with a certain sense of spicy sparkle on the tongue and an integrated acidity. Pleasant on the palate, with a citrus and tropical aftertaste. Long and aromatic finish.
