Made with New York State apples, this new gin from Orange County Distillery is wonderfully creamy and smooth. The apple aromas are there, but what's better is that there's no heavy juniper getting in the way of the aromatics. It's one of those rare gins that can be perfectly enjoyed on it's own. We also think it would make a great base for a classic negroni or martini as well.
