Giffard Description

3/4 ounce Banane du Brésil
3/4 ounceCuraçao Triple Sec
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice fresh
3/4 teaspoon Absinthe
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and pour all the ingredients. Stir until well chilled. Strain in a chilled glass and garnish with a cherry and a orange zest.
