This perfectly-aged Rioja displays smooth red and dark fruit and a nice touch earthiness on the nose. Mature fruit flavors of black cherry, raspberry and plum get a boost from notes of mint, spice, cedar and vanilla. An elegant mouthfeel with soft tannins complete the picture.
Bodegas Olarra Description
This wine shows a deep dark red color. On the nose, at the time of release, it showed a delicate balance between mature fruit aromas and those of cedar wood and tobacco. Mouthfeel is as silky smooth and elegant with a surprisingly long and ripe fruit finish.For food pairing, roast meat or game, smoked and marinated fish, as well as cured cheese.

Oodles of super-charged strawberry, cherry and cranberry fruit, very youthful and primary. Viscous and full with a harmonious tang of acidity and ample toasty tannins.
