Barone Cornacchia Description
Owning the land since 1488 the Cornacchia family story is made up of ancient roots and passion for wine. The 5th generation, brother and sister, Filippo and Caterina are guided by a Latin proverb their father taught them, “Molto con poco” ("Much with little"), loving the land always will bring out the best. Certified organic.
Deep ruby red with violet-purple reflections. Huge, fruity bouquet; black cherry and herb scented. Lush currant fruit with velvety soft tannins and perfect fruit acid balance. A wine of great harmony and intensity. The finish is long and spicy.

This rich black-cherry-hued Cerasuolo presents more like a light-bodied red. Its dense aromas of red cherry and blackberry are peppered with highlights of hibiscus and clove. The palate is juicy yet grippy, with the broad structure balance by driving acidity.
