Old Overholt Description
Dark and deep amber color with golden and henna hues. Bold yet with a sweet bouquet of mellowed oak, sweet corn and vanilla underpinned by rich warm black pepper and cinnamon-toast spice. Black pepper, cinnamon and baking spices complemented by light ripe cherries, green peppercorn, sweet caramel and vanilla. Rich and complex mouthfeel. A long finish with lingering rye spice and vanilla. Balanced yet complex flavors of brown sugar and honey underly leather and charred oak.
