Arbikie's Master Distiller, Kirsty Black, carefully chose the botanicals of seaweed, Carline Thistle and Blaeberries to capture the the elements of sea, rock and land that influence our distillery. Unlike many other spirits, Kirsty's Gin base spirit is distilled on the Arbikie estate, allowing the distillery to specifically tailor it to complement the gin’s botanical flavors.
