Organoleptic characteristics: Solengo is a modern and well balanced, full-body wine. It has an intense ruby purple colour with a bouquet of ripe fruits, such as black currant and blackberry, infused with toasty oak. It is soft on the palate with great concentration of lush fruit nicely in balance with its fine, smooth tannins. The palate finds impressive structure and complexity tempered by exemplary tannic extracts. This wine has evident Mediterranean characteristics with a sunny character and differs considerably from Bordeaux style wines. Its suppleness and gentleness which reach already high peaks, will raise to greater highs if allowed to rest in the bottle.

Full-bodied, sensationally concentrated, pure, and well-textured, with a 45-second finish, this unformed, youthful black beauty possesses extraordinary upside potential.
