Albet I Noya
Xarel-lo Classic is made with organically-grown grapes from vines with an average age of twentyfive years. Before pressing, the free-run juice is subjected to an extended cold maceration. To retain the wine's fruit flavors, only the first half of the soft pressed juice is used. After a month-long cold fermentation, the wine is racked and stabilized using the cold, winter temperatures before bottling. Xarello Classic best shows it freshness and elegant fruit when consumed within two years of bottling.
